Frequently asked questions
What documents can Serusi read?
Invoices, tax invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, sales orders, receipts, trip sheets, client claims and agreements. Other documents go through a general extractor.
What happens when Serusi isn't sure?
Fields below a confidence threshold get a second automated check against the document image. Anything still uncertain goes to a person before the data is saved.
Do signers need a Serusi account?
No. External signers get a secure link and sign in the browser.
Can documents be signed in a set order?
Yes. Choose sequential signing for approval chains, or parallel signing when order doesn't matter.
Can Serusi connect to our systems?
Yes. The partner REST API covers users, folders, templates, uploads and bulk sends, with Swagger docs.
Where is our data stored?
